Ubangi is a festival that promises a lot, you still have, it has 5 years old, that is nothing for a festival, but nonetheless committed to values \u200b\u200bsuch as quality (sound, environment, and organization) rates, both input and drinks, and an unbeatable location, and of course some posters that breathtaking.
