Baby Stuff

Several of my friends will to be mothers this year, and seeing things like this I can not help thinking of them, so I decided to collect the 3 things I liked best about the past I've seen.

1. Baby playing around the room.

During 4 hours one parent recorded what was his son, and this is the result, a wonderful video of 2 minutes in time-lapse.

2. "Alternative model From Mom" blog

Samantha, the girl model repor "modern but vintage Madrid" is pregnant, and stated in this blog experience. The texts are so wonderful that even missed me a crybaby.

3. Mila Dreams (seen in Feingut)

Adele ENERSA depicted in several photographs to his small Mila sleeping, but do it this way so original and endearing.

Barcelona Pin Up

recently published an interview with the girls more interesting Madrid and some told me that why not Barcelona. Well here goes, the women more beautiful, hits, genuine, and amazing city of Barcelona. They are
Mary Hernandez, Lady Pain, and Babydark Yeye.

HERNANDEZ MARY

To those who say that in Spain there are quality vintage things, I would recommend that the work of Mary mirasen. With 26 years ago some amazing photos, focusing on themes as interesting as the custom world, burlesque and pin up or aesthetics almost video clip, where every detail is taken care of thoroughly.

their goal have been some of our favorite girls as vinyl, Samantha Draven or White Lady. In his
Myspace can see part of their work

How long have you been stuck in this world "vintage"?
Where do you get inspiration for both your work and for your aesthetic?
but I've always liked before was much more difficult to find clothes that have a retro look at a reasonable price and the few who were corsets were more Gothic or fetish. Second-hand clothes has never been my weakness, I love photos, but for use in my daily life, I feel a little disguise. For day to a day I am more than jeans and corset. So I do not think my aesthetics are vintage, although it is very present in my work.
artistic level, I always thought that the aesthetic that made the woman a goddess of seduction was the era of black film with light so that worked, those games of light and dark. Creating a mysterious atmosphere that gets you. My father is a classic movie fanatic and I think that I scored.

Do you think that in Spain are doing interesting things related to yours?
I think that in Spain, Barcelona is one of the busiest cities in this regard. We have several music festivals as the Psychomeeting, the Screaming or High Rockabilly, plus festivals and jazz blues. Then there are custom events like the Riverside, the Hot Rod Speedfest or Tsunami. And in the burlesque scene is the Taboo, although not innovate much, to go from time to time is fine.
Despite all this offer ... We want more!

Who do you like photography? Or what would you do and still have not done in relation your job?
I would love to take pictures of Marlene Dietrich, but it's a little fucked up, hahaha. Actress from now I'll stick with Scarlett Johanson, supersensual the meeting. And of course, Sabina Kelley and Mosh, which are two of the great pin-ups of the moment.
dream trips that leave a mark, like going to "Viva Las Vegas" or "Crown Picnic" in Yokohama. And of course at Bonneville Speed Week (a place where the soil is covered with salt and the light bounces everywhere. The races there are magical).

Vinila by Mary H. Von Bismark

5 sites where
drink I'm not very happy with the leisure that exist in Barcelona, but I will say the Dixi. Has gone through many stages, at the time was a record and now it's just for a drink, but I'm going there since I was 14 years and I have love, hehe.

And to eat something is the Big J's Burger, which is one of the diners inch we have here, is usually quite full and sometimes have to wait, but they make up a very attentive service.

LADY PAIN

Lady Pain, Ona Cots character used to give free rein to their creativity, is a destroyer of the artists on the national scene. Use your body as a means of expression through body piercing, bondage, corporal fakirs and suspensions which rises with hooks that penetrate the skin.
You can see snippets of some of its shows on your Myspace
(eye, not recommended for sensitive minds)

How long have you been stuck in this world the art of suspension? How did you start?
a child I was fascinated by tattoos. At age 15 I started to tattoo and pierce my body, I quickly realized that I liked the feeling of me piercings, wear. After a while I discovered the world of scarification, there began the strongest experiences with overcoming the pain and started experimenting with scalpels, needles ... until a convention of Barcelona saw a suspension, had already heard what was, but seeing him, I knew I had to, so I started looking for someone to teach me. The search was not easy, because in those days there were many people in Spain to conduct this sort of thing. In the end, after 21 years in Ibiza, I met two boys, Matthew and Michael, with whom I make my first suspension.

Where do you get inspiration for your shows?
Basically I draw on experiences of my life. What I try to do in my shows is to put people on a journey of sensations which have surely been some time in their life, including suffering, despair, love, heartbreak, decay, anger, sensuality, desire for improvement, happiness and peace to get it ... so that they can identify, and not remain indifferent after to witness a spectacle.

Do you think that in Spain are doing interesting things related to yours?
Spain is still quite green in both the people who do it as public acceptance. More and more groups that are devoted to it, though based more on the Body Mod, suspensions, or creating events, such as "In Cold Blood," which carried out many interesting things. But I think what I do is different, because for me the suspension or body piercing are just another tool, like many other disciplines that I can perform on stage.

What would you do to your shows, that you would like to experience?
now I have a very interesting project, which is about to leave the Luzmar with musician and lomographer Cha Blasco, where we have united in an effort to build a show to experiment with all our knowledge, by part with synthesizers and keyboards, and body language on my part, fire, bondage, fakirs, painting, piercings, suspensions ... We will also have collaborations with other artists (musicians, visual) ... here is the myspace project so you can gossip: Our first staging will be held on July 11 at the farewell party of the festival Solei Lua (Aran Valley).

Babydark

discovered Yasmina (Babydark) some years ago through his photoblog. Fun, bold but especially controversial, it was difficult to track because censorship of social networking will always step on your heels.
lover of dark, bondage, biting and most flirtatious girl in the world; Babydark characters is one of the most inspirational network in addition to the more irreverent graphic designers. For me a great example of a woman with character.
can continue his work on his web
or buy her designs on the page
I also love your blog which gives advice and talks about makeup.

How long have you been stuck in this world? How did you start?
do not consider myself part of the vintage scene, or on a personal level and as an illustrator, my style is more fetish, dark. I love the femininity of the 50 but considered it part of the time, and that each person has to be true to others to fashion. I love the old, but at the level of decoration of clothing or music.

Where do you get inspiration for both your work and for your aesthetic?
I like to surf the Internet intensively and to discover new talent. I follow closely the work of all my photographers, illustrators, tattooists favorites. I can inspire even with makeup, hairstyle or styling that catches my attention. As for my aesthetic, for many years that I am faithful to absolute black, I think is timeless elegant and is very strong, and both my clothes and my work has much to do with it.

Do you think that in Spain are doing interesting things related to yours?
If you're doing interesting things, the problem is that the artist does not have it easy as a business and advertising and there is little support for setting up projects.
Fortunately and unlike other times we have the Internet.

What do you think is missing? Authenticity

YEYE

is one of the most recognizable faces among the alternative national models and pin up. Besides being a heaven, Yeye gives an image of confident women, curvy and beautiful feline eyes, which gives a very personal style.
We have seen in some of the publications important as Eden, Tatttoo or Rider Garage, as well as conventions and events tattoo unique and custom of our country.
can see your pictures on your myspace

How long have you been stuck in this world vintage? How did you get a model pin up?
a child I was fascinated by women like Marilyn or Sophia Loren. I've always liked the elegance of the 30, 40 and 50, for me are the decades of GLAMOUR.
I started as a model via the Internet. There are many professional photographers or picture looking for something different, see your personal page, something like a project goes common.

Girls pin up lately there are many, but you will have seen from the beginning, how they begin to contact you?
As I said, thanks to social networks have been known professionally as the crown of a pine, which I will be forever grateful.

What is for you pin up?
@ Let every one think what he wants, obviously is a very definite and striking beauty, with a look of the 40 and 50. Pin up itself, were the models of those times, that more conservative America, they forgot about the taboos, and posed with more attitude than eroticism.

What advice would you give to girls who like the aesthetic?
saved, hehe, is not easy or cheap to find clothes. No, seriously, who am I to give advice, every one that you want and think what you will, hehe.

There is some controversy with that if it has become fashionable to pin it up with that many people are going about it and never before, what do you think of this?, Do you bother this resurgence or on the contrary it helps you with your work and your day to day (for the issue of finding clothes and stuff)?
Well, it bothers me that nonsense, none of us diploma have a pin up or something. I'm going because I love it, and because I go to stores today and go scared. I love that style, and culture that surrounds it all, music, people, cars ...
The trouble with fashion is that the "direct" burn things, and perhaps deplete icons were not known to the public. The good thing is that people no longer changes when you see a sidewalk dressed aunt "old", tattooed and rarely combed hahahah.

"sessions bring to your party clothes, accessories, etc, or you just go with the stylists? It depends
much of each session, the photographer obviously wants something Specifically, so I usually look for how and why, you got what you need in the closet.

Contra, where do you get such cool clothes? And the inspiration for your aesthetic?
usually buy online, by the facility, greater range of possibilities, and the price in other countries is much easier to find.
"Inspiration? a thousand things, but especially in the classic movies in their icons, photographers and models past and present, in my own personality, I do not know everything.

What would you do for future sessions? What you do not ever?
out there I have a few outstanding, very different from each other, and I have already enthusiastic.
would not ever something that I did not feel well, or something which in my opinion, had no classroom or in bad taste.
